ODV Techniek develops and builds machines for the agricultural and green sector. Our machines take over work that would otherwise cost a lot of manual labour and time, from weed control to transplanting trees and laying drip hoses. We design, build, supply and maintain our machines for customers throughout Europe.
The Weed Profi hoeing machine is a modular hoeing machine for avenue tree cultivation. It hoes in the row, on green strips and in full fields, on clay and on sand, and fits almost any horticultural tractor. Read more about this approach on the Hoeing machines page.
With the Tree transplanter you transplant large trees with a root ball diameter of up to 2.2 metres. The machine is built to order and mounts on a wheel loader or mobile crane. The Root Ball Packer wraps root balls of 30 to 75 cm fully automatically with a coir sack and twine. The swivel arm lifts the tree straight out of the row, so the heavy manual work disappears.
The Driptape laying machine lays drip hoses at a fixed depth in the soil, at the roots of the crop. ODV Techniek developed this machine together with Aqua Feed. With the Hydraulic hose reel you unroll and reel in drip hoses on both sides at the same time. The Trench former cuts precise trenches in the topsoil for better drainage in fruit orchards. And the Liquid Profi injects nematodes and liquid fertilisers directly into the root zone of trees, among other things to control grubs.
All our machines are developed and made in-house in our workshop in IJzendoorn. We take care of the design, manufacturing, testing and commissioning. You can also come to us for service and maintenance.

This page shows our standard machines: the Weed Profi hoeing machine, the Tree transplanter, the Root Ball Packer, the Driptape laying machine, the Hydraulic hose reel, the Trench former and the Liquid Profi. We also build machines to order.
In most cases it will. The Weed Profi fits almost any horticultural tractor, front-mounted, rear-mounted or as a trailed version. The Root Ball Packer mounts on a tractor, wheel loader, tool carrier or tree-lifting machine. The Tree transplanter mounts on a wheel loader or mobile crane. If in doubt, tell us the type of tractor and we will look into it with you.
Yes. The Weed Profi is modular: you configure it with the attachments that suit your crop. The Tree transplanter is built to order. And if none of our machines fits, we develop one to order, matched to your crop, row spacing or tractor.
